Suhas Chakma, Director of Rights and Risks Analysis Group (RRAG) asks whether the leak of information to the Jaish-e-Mohammed on the movement of the CRPF at local level is the issue as India calibrates its response to the worst terror attack on the security forces in the history of Jammu & Kashmir at Pulwama. He states that India needs to assess “sensitive times” that is often used by the terror groups to attack India and set the agenda.
