On 14.02.2019, “Insider Outside: Belonging and Unbelonging in North East India” published by Amaryllis was launched at India International Centre, New Delhi. Mr Suhas Chakma who contributed a chapter on xenophobia and racial discrimination against the Chakmas in the North East was one of the authors present along with Editors Samrat Choudhary and Preeti Hill and authors Mr Sanjoy Hazarika, Paramjit Bakshi and Mahua Sen.

The publication contains a compelling and untold bunch of short non-fiction, essays and poems that address the issues faced by the North-Eastern states of India.
